2,700+ apps. One worker to run them all.

Connect a tool once and your AI worker can read it, write to it, and move data between it and everything else — all inside a single task. Sensitive actions always wait for your approval, and every step is logged.

taskden connects through Pipedream Connect, so if your tool has an API, a worker can almost certainly use it. Don’t see yours? Tell us what you need.

One task, several apps

The point isn’t the list. It’s the handoff.

Connecting apps is table stakes. What matters is that one worker can chain them together in a single task — pulling from one tool and acting in another, then waiting for your sign-off.

Questions

How many apps does taskden connect to?
Over 2,700, through Pipedream Connect. If your tool has an API, a worker can almost certainly use it.
How do I connect an app?
From Settings → Connectors. Find your app, authorize it once (OAuth where the app supports it), and your workers can use it — no API-key juggling for most apps.
Can one worker use several apps in a single task?
Yes. A worker can read from one app and write to another in the same task — for example, read an email, create a CRM contact, and book a calendar invite.
Can I connect more than one account for the same app?
Yes. Add multiple accounts for a single app — two Gmail inboxes, separate Slack workspaces — and point a worker at the right one for the job.
How are my credentials stored?
Connections are brokered through Pipedream Connect: credentials are stored encrypted, scoped to your workspace, and never exposed to the AI model. A worker acts through the connection without ever seeing the secret.
Is my data isolated from other customers?
Yes. Every workspace is isolated — one tenant's data and connections are never visible to another.
Who controls what a worker can access?
You do. You connect each app explicitly, sensitive actions require your approval, and every action a worker takes is logged.
Can I disconnect an app later?
Anytime. Revoke a connection in one click and a worker loses that access immediately — any in-flight work stops at the next approval gate.
Do all integrations cost extra?
No. Every paid plan includes all 2,700+ integrations; the Free plan covers core connectors like Gmail and Slack.
Don’t see your app?
Tell us what you need — most apps can be added on request because they run on the same Pipedream Connect backend.
