Questions, answered

How do credits work?
A credit is the unit of work a worker uses. A task spends credits based on how many steps it runs and the model it uses — a quick task costs a little, a heavy multi-app task costs more. Each plan includes a monthly credit pool plus free daily credits.
What actually uses credits?
The work your workers do: the steps they run across your apps and the reasoning behind them. Approvals, connecting apps, and reading your audit log don't cost credits.
Do unused credits roll over?
Credits you pay for — your monthly plan pool and any top-ups — carry over and stay yours. The free daily credits reset each day.
What if I run low on credits?
Buy a top-up pack anytime, or turn on auto-overage (with a spend cap) so work never pauses. Without overage, workers pause at the next task and prompt you to top up — nothing runs without you knowing.
Can I cap what I spend?
Yes. Set a hard overage limit, get alerts at 80% and 100% of your pool, and see each task's credit cost in Billing.
Do I pay per worker or per seat?
You pay for the work done (credits), plus a seat for each person who delegates and approves. Spin up as many AI workers as the work needs.
Are integrations limited by plan?
The Free plan covers core connectors like Gmail and Slack; every paid plan unlocks all 2,700+ integrations.
Can I change plans or cancel anytime?
Yes. Upgrade, downgrade, or cancel whenever you like, and add or remove seats and credits as your needs change — no lock-in.
Can I control what workers are allowed to do?
Always. Sensitive actions are approval-gated, access is scoped per worker, and every step is logged. See the Security page for details.
What's in the Business plan?
The largest monthly credit pool, SSO, shared workspaces, roles & approval policies, and volume credit pricing. Need more, or have procurement requirements? Talk to us.
