How much does taskden cost?

taskden is free to start. Paid plans are $25/month (Starter), $100/month (Pro), and $250/month (Business) — each with a credit pool that rolls over and never expires, plus free daily credits every day. Add a prepaid top-up anytime if you need more; nothing is billed automatically.

How do credits work?

Credits meter the AI reasoning and generation behind a worker's task. Usage depends on the model and the amount of context and output; a multi-step task can require several metered model turns. Each plan includes free daily credits, and paid plans add a monthly pool.

What actually uses credits?

Model calls use credits based on their measured token cost. Approvals, connecting apps, reading your audit log, and ordinary product navigation do not use credits.

Do unused credits roll over?

Credits you pay for — your monthly plan pool and any top-ups — carry over and stay yours. The free daily credits reset each day.

What if I run low on credits?

Buy a prepaid top-up pack anytime. If your balance reaches zero, workers pause before starting more work and prompt an owner to top up — nothing is billed automatically.

Can I cap what I spend?

Yes. taskden only uses credits already on your account; it never creates an automatic overage charge. Every run shows the credits it used, and work pauses when the available balance reaches zero.

Will my bill ever surprise me?

No. Plans never auto-upgrade and taskden does not bill usage beyond credits you already purchased. When credits run out, workers pause and ask an owner to add more.

Do I pay per worker or per seat?

Each flat monthly plan includes a team-seat allowance and a pool of work credits. You can create as many AI workers as you need within that workspace; workers do not consume seats.

Are integrations limited by plan?

No. Every plan can connect the full integration catalog. Paid plans add larger credit pools and more team seats.

Can I change plans or cancel anytime?

Yes. Upgrade, downgrade, or cancel whenever you like. Existing paid credits stay on the account, and each plan's seat limit applies when adding new members.

Can I control what workers are allowed to do?

Always. Sensitive actions are approval-gated, access is scoped per worker, and every step is logged. See the Security page for details.

What's in the Business plan?
