Automate meeting notes & follow-ups

Turn every meeting into action items and a sent follow-up.

You ask

After each meeting, summarize the notes, pull out action items, and draft the follow-up email.

What the worker does

  1. 1

Pull the meeting from your calendar and read any notes or transcript you've captured.

  2. 2

Write a concise summary and extract clear action items with assigned owners and due dates.

  3. 3

Draft the follow-up email to attendees in your voice, referencing key decisions.

  4. 4

Queue the recap for your approval—you review before it sends.

Result: Summarized the call, listed 5 action items, drafted the recap email.

Hand off meeting notes & follow-ups

Delegate it once and a worker handles it from here — you keep approval.

Questions

Does it need a full transcript?
It works best with notes or a transcript you connect, but it can also draft a follow-up from a brief summary you provide. You review and edit the draft before it sends.
Can it extract action items?
Yes. It reads the meeting context and pulls out specific action items, assigns owners, and suggests due dates. You can edit before approving.
Who receives the follow-up email?
By default, everyone on the calendar event. You can modify the recipient list or change the draft before approving. Nothing sends without your sign-off.
